There is no S.U.C.C.E.S.S without Successors
Date & Time:
Tue, Mar. 26, 2024
| 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location:
Online
Description:
Join us on Tuesday, March 26 for the Final Session of this year's P.U.L.L. (Powerful, Unmistakable, Legacy, Leaders) Empowerment Series as we present “There is no S.U.C.C.E.S.S without Successors” featuring Shameikia Smith, MSW, LSW - Vice President of Housing at IMPACT Community Action.
As we pause to consider defining "success" what does it mean? Are we able to intentionally create a pathway for others to succeed without a plan? Am I successful if I have not identified Successors? What does it look like for someone that wants to be the Successor? How does the Successor position themselves for success without the tools? When is the time for the Player to become the Coach? When can the Mentee be tapped as a Mentor? Who is responsible for the success of the Successor? …or does any of this really matter?
